Due to the overwhelming response to our call for applications for the Azores Experience in January 2026 and the high artistic calibre of the filmmakers who applied, the selection of the 50 filmmakers who will take part in the December edition will be carried out as follows::1. Waiting List from the Previous Call
Priority will be given to the highest-rated filmmakers who applied to the first edition and who, although selected or placed on the waiting list, were unable to attend the first edition on São Miguel Island.
2. Limited Places Call – Application by Invitation
We will send a limited number of invitations to apply via info@extaticacine.com to filmmakers who have expressed their interest in a new edition over the course of the year.
